Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a strategic business development professional to drive growth across our diverse customer base.

This is a business and account growth role focused on supporting and expanding our existing client relationships, while identifying new opportunities across the design and cabinetry sectors.

The successful candidate will work with designers, cabinet makers, and commercial partners to deliver tailored product solutions and expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow new business opportunities.
  • Support and retain existing accounts through strategic engagement and service excellence.
  • Deliver expert product knowledge and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Promote new product development and share insights on market trends.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs using a relationship-first approach.

About You:

  • A passion for interiors and design, with the ability to connect with creative professionals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or similar CRM tools).
