Contract Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience and attributes:
  • Expertise in drafting and negotiating various construction and infrastructure agreements
  • Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work consistently
  • Excellent client service orientation with a desire to build strong client relationships
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • 2-5 years' experience in a similar role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project advice for clients involved in major development projects
  • Draft consultancy agreements, project term sheets, letters of intent and EPC contracts
  • Negotiate civil and building construction contracts for commercial, retail, industrial and institutional property development
  • Advise contractors and subcontractors on tender submissions and construction contract negotiations
  • Assist in tribunals involving issues such as security and retention, variation and contract payment claims and defects
