The Role
We are looking for a Third Party Contracts Coordinator. The Third-Party Contracts Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of third-party contracts on a major rail infrastructure project. The role plays a critical part in ensuring timely approvals, compliance, and efficient interface between the project delivery teams and third-party entities.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Monitor contract deliverables, milestones, and performance to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
- Manage variations, extensions, and other contract changes in accordance with governance procedures.
- Act as the key point of contact between the project and third-party organisations.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships to facilitate smooth approvals and collaborative outcomes.
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and cost reporting for third-party contracts.
- Liaise with procurement and legal teams to support contract negotiation and execution.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of third-party interfaces to project leadership.

The Role

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive professional with demonstrated experience in civil infrastructure or construction projects, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Recommended experience:

- Demonstrated experience in contract administration or coordination within infrastructure, utilities, or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of third-party interface requirements in infrastructure delivery (e.g., utilities, councils, government agencies).
- Knowledge of relevant Australian contract law, WHS, and environmental standards.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
