Technical Implementation Specialist

This key position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of technical implementations and onboarding processes. The role requires strong collaboration with various teams, including Sales, Operations, and Security.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a technical capacity, with expertise in requirements documentation, test cases, use cases, and reporting. Proficiency in APIs, project management, problem-solving, and time management is also essential.
- Support the pre-sales and post-sales processes by collaborating with the Sales Team and Clients.
- Manage client implementations throughout their lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and optimal onboarding processes.
- Work closely with Operations and Security to maintain the highest standards of quality and security.
- Identify client requirements and ensure they are using the latest and most suitable functionality.
- Document requirements, analyze development or operational changes, and present potential solutions to colleagues in Technology and Product.
- Develop and execute plans, monitor progress, and adjust timelines or scope as necessary.
- Communicate updates and report progress to internal stakeholders and third parties.
- Record videos, participate in webinars, and promote Ebury's functionality within the community.
