Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Technical Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for managing technical implementations and ensuring successful project delivery.

You'll work closely with customers to capture requirements, configure platforms, and build integrations. Your strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for driving growth will make you a valuable asset to our team.

This role offers the opportunity to shape how we deliver solutions for our customers and influence the evolution of our product. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver solutions that make a real impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience
    • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
    • Proven ability to deliver working solutions in production environments.
    • Experience delivering SaaS or configurable software to end clients.
    • Experience managing or coordinating customer-facing projects.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in Python and/or Typescript and React.
    • Technical foundation in coding, SQL, and data modeling.
    • Ability to translate business logic into platform configuration.
    • Hands-on experience writing business requirements, process maps, and technical specifications.
    • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
    • Confident communicator with proven stakeholder management skills.
    • Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
  • Knowledge
    • Proven ability to apply core software engineering concepts including data structures, testing, and design patterns to solve complex implementation challenges.
    • Understanding of solution architecture principles (scalability, maintainability, security).
