Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Technical Implementation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to clients and ensuring seamless implementation of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical demonstrations and support sales presentations and product showcases.
  • Develop and deliver customized training programs for clients.
  • Act as the technical lead on project implementations, providing guidance and direction to the team.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within client organizations.

Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in a related technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, etc).
  • At least 10 years' experience in a relevant industry and/or with similar technology in a technical support/consulting role.
  • A minimum of 5 years of specialized technical experience related to specific software and solutions.

Essential Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Hexagon ALI products (SmartPlant Foundation and SDx) and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
