Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration and adoption of our platform by clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure our platform to meet specific client requirements, integrating POS systems, online ordering platforms, and various third-party applications
  • Lead multiple implementation projects for a diverse range of clients, managing timelines and collaborating with internal teams for successful delivery
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients and partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively utilize our platform
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues encountered during the implementation process, escalating complex problems to internal teams and ensuring timely resolutions for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback, contributing to platform enhancements and ensuring a seamless transition of clients to the customer success team post-implementation

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical implementation, customer support, or solutions consulting roles, preferably within the SaaS industry
  • Proven experience in project management, including managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
  • Technical proficiency in working with APIs, data management, and system integrations
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of empathy and the ability to engage clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM platforms and ticketing systems
