We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead end-to-end implementation processes from design to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on technical background in IT Operations or Professional Services delivery.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Python and Javascript.
  • Knowledge of common SaaS and traditional software APIs.
  • Hands-on technical background using AWS services.
  • Authorized to work in Australia on a full-time basis.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Deep technical knowledge with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of infrastructure as code and DevOps SRE toolchains.
  • Advanced scripting abilities and fundamental knowledge of Linux.
