
Senior Contract Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and industry knowledge in building/engineering/infrastructure-related projects.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating all incoming and outgoing pre-contracts correspondence, leading the preparation of TOC submissions, creating documentation templates, managing document control systems, and taking clear minutes during meetings.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing pre-contracts correspondence in collaboration with Definitions Managers and Leads.
- Lead the preparation, collation, and presentation of Target Outturn Cost (TOC) submissions to stakeholders.
- Create, maintain, and continually improve documentation templates and submission materials to support consistent and professional outputs.
- Manage and update development registers, submission folders, and document control systems including Aconex and SharePoint.
- Take clear and accurate minutes during meetings and workshops, ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a similar contract administration role.
- Industry experience in building/engineering/infrastructure-related projects.
- Demonstrated experience in contract and office coordination.
