Senior Brand Marketing Lead

A critical position within our marketing team is responsible for driving business growth and innovation. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies, manage product portfolios, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
The OpportunityThis permanent full-time role involves achieving sales, profit, and market share targets for allocated brands. It requires developing and implementing business plans, maintaining product knowledge, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business plans for assigned brands.
- Conduct market analysis to stay up-to-date on consumer and shopper trends.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and growth through data-driven insights.
- Set pricing and channel strategies in collaboration with the sales team.
- Translate 3-year brand strategies into actionable one-year business plans.
Candidates must have a proven track record in brand management, marketing, or a related field. Key requirements include experience in Pharmaceutical OTC marketing in Australia, commercial acumen, project management skills, and the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
