The Opportunity

We're seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing team on a full-time permanent basis.

The primary purpose of this position is to assist in achieving sales, market share, and profit targets by supporting Brand and Senior Brand Managers to execute key elements of the marketing plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of the marketing plan for specified brands
  • Assist in creating customer-specific branded activations
  • Execute the brand communications plan
  • Develop digital assets and programs, including social media, websites, and e-commerce platforms
  • Design brand and product training programs to drive recommendation

Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage brand sampling programs from start to finish
  • Develop Sales Aids and field team materials

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need marketing experience in the Life Sciences or FMCG industry. Previous experience in a similar role will also be considered.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related business discipline
  • Knowledge of marketing principles
  • Experience in a marketing role (e.g., Marketing Assistant)
