Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned development site sales and project/land marketing professional to join our Newcastle office as a Director of Residential. The successful candidate will have expertise in strategy development, winning new business, client engagement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead each division, including development site sales, project/land marketing, and general agency, alongside a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to achieving outstanding sales targets and delivering exceptional results.
  • Play a key role in the NSW Residential Leadership team to develop and implement the Newcastle Residential Business Plan.
  • Collaborate to develop and execute the New Business Strategy, including expanding the client base and increasing market share.
  • Oversee land and apartment projects, providing high-level strategic project direction and client management, including pitching, listing, and winning land & apartment projects.
  • Assist in implementing the annual Client Engagement Plan.
  • Recruit and lead a team of residential project marketing professionals to list, sell, and manage residential developments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in property
  • NSW Real Estate Licence
  • Excellent knowledge of the Newcastle property market and/or off-the-plan project sales
  • Strong understanding of the sales and contract administration process
  • Previous experience leading a residential sales team
  • Availability to work occasional weekends for project launches, etc.
