As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of sales initiatives for our clients' developments in the Newcastle and Hunter Valley region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on market trends and customer behavior.
  • Develop and execute effective residential marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential buyers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the sales process.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Current Real Estate Licence.
  • Proven experience in project marketing sales, ideally with off-the-plan apartments and land/home packages.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
