About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Project Sales Professional to join our team at Colliers. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of sales initiatives for our clients' developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Contribute to the overall success of our projects
  • Service leads and enquirers to ensure business sales objectives are exceeded
  • Develop and execute residential marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and customer behavior
  • Network and build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

  • Current Real Estate Licence
  • Project marketing sales experience, ideally with off the plan apartments and land/home packages
  • Strong knowledge of the Newcastle residential market
  • Ability to work across a range of residential projects within the Newcastle area
  • Solid understanding of project marketing and selling off the plan
  • Understanding of the drivers for investor, owner occupiers, downsizers, and first home buyers to purchase off the plan
  • Highly organized and able to work autonomously
