Gough Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our high-performing sales team in achieving their goals.

The Role:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage properties from prospecting to settlement, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Set up, manage, and finalize agent commissions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Contact and consult with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council, and solicitors to ensure the smooth progress of sales and all appointments are on time and efficiently run.
  • Liaise with vendors, tenants, and outside agencies to arrange access and prepare properties for photo shoots and inspections.
  • Prepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs, and original contracts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
The Candidate:
  • Certificate of Registration in Real Estate is essential.
  • 12+ months experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of Agentbox and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Great presentational skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders.
  • A keen interest in Real Estate and progression, with a desire to learn and grow with the company.
  • Be a motivated self-starter, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on new challenges.
