About the roleWe are recruiting two day roles:60 hours per fortnight, 7am-3pm working every 2nd weekend — must be medication endorsed75 hours per fortnight, Monday - Friday 7am-3pm

Key responsibilitiesProviding high-quality personal care and daily living assistance to residents, including medication administration (if selected for the medication endorsed line), personal hygiene, mobility support, and social engagementCollaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to implement individualised care plans that promote residents' independence, wellbeing, and quality of lifeFostering a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment that celebrates residents' uniqueness and supports their cognitive, physical, and emotional needsActively participating in team meetings, training, and professional development to continuously enhance your skills and knowledgeMaintaining accurate and detailed documentation to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements

RequirementsWhat we're looking forCertificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualificationCurrent Medication Endorsement for the medication rosterMinimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in providing person-centred care to older adults, particularly those living with dementiaStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with residents, families, and the care teamA compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach, with a genuine commitment to promoting the wellbeing and quality of life for residentsExcellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environmentCurrent right to work in AustraliaAbility to obtain and maintain a clear National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Check with NDIS endorsement
