We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in the Hobart area.

As a Home Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our aged customers. You will be responsible for providing domestic assistance, meal preparation, and social support, as well as personal care and medication management.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is caring, patient, and able to work independently. They must also have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is part of the role.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Domestic Assistance: Ensuring the home of older people remains safe and beautiful
  • Meal Preparation and Shopping: Helping customers with daily meals and groceries
  • Social Support and Activities: Providing companionship and access to lifestyle activities
  • Personal Care: Assisting with daily routines, medication management, mobility, and therapy goals
  • Respite and Emotional Support: Offering comfort and support when needed
  • Transportation: Safely transporting customers to appointments

**Requirements for Success:**

You should be comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask for help.

Able to adapt to changing situations and not sweat the small stuff, prioritizing customer satisfaction and safety.

Available to work at least 3 days, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend shifts.
