About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering tailored care and assistance to individuals with varying needs, ensuring their well-being and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal care: assist with showering, dressing, grooming, and medication management
  • Social support: transport clients to social activities, appointments, and shopping
  • Domestic assistance: provide light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Support client use of aids and equipment
  • Monitor client well-being and report progress
Your Skills and Qualities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain good working relationships
  • Comfortable using technology for accessing rosters and recording client notes
