About the Opportunity
William Adams is seeking a skilled Equipment Sales Representative to join our team in Western Victoria. As a key contact for parts and service sales, you will be responsible for building trust and confidence with our customer base to deliver exceptional value.
Main Responsibilities
- Service existing customers while identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve territory budget by delivering exceptional value to customers
- Manage CRM reporting, including call planning, activity logging, and customer updates
- Follow up on all leads and opportunities across your territory
- Develop a positive, value-added perception that differentiates William Adams from the competition
About You
We are looking for a driven and motivated Sales person who thrives on building long-term relationships and achieving targets. You will have a real hunger to grow and drive sales, while showing a true passion for delivering long-term customer success.
Requirements
- Proven experience within a similar industry (Earth Moving/Mining/Construction/Industrial)
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for retaining customer relationships
- Commercially aware with strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Experience with meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets
- Experience with submitting and executing on tenders
- Strong analytical skills with a mechanical aptitude
- Self-driven and organized with a hunger to sell
- A strong commitment to safety, health, and environment procedures
