Workforce Strategies Advisor

This role involves collaborating closely with senior leaders to develop effective workforce strategies, resolve complex people challenges, and drive positive change.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing guidance to senior leaders on complex workforce matters, including interpreting policies and procedures.

They will also have in-depth experience managing a wide range of employee issues, including performance management, medical incapacity, redeployment, grievances, complaints, organisational change, and disciplinary processes.

The successful candidate will be collaborative, calm under pressure, and passionate about people. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, thoughtful correspondence and provide evidence-based recommendations.
