Workforce Data Insights Specialist

As a Workforce Data Insights Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping us turn workforce data into impactful insights that guide smarter business decisions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. We are looking for a data-savvy individual who can help us design and build dashboards and reports to provide insights into workforce metrics and trends.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data tools like Power BI or Tableau, and proficiency in HRIS systems. They will need to be able to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and governance across People systems.

As a trusted advisor to stakeholders, you will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable insights. You will also support system enhancements and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and building dashboards and reports to provide insights into workforce metrics and trends.
  • Developing scalable reporting frameworks and automating recurring reports.
  • Ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and governance across People systems.
  • Translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Supporting system enhancements and contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
