Workforce Planning Specialist

This role is critical to supporting long-term workforce stability and operational efficiency across our key client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between us and the client to coordinate waste services and ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate workforce planning and scheduling to support long-term workforce stability and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strict adherence to environmental and safety standards across the contract.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic oversight of the contract.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in workforce coordination and operations scheduling in an industrial environment.
  • Confident with software systems and tools; capable of keeping data accurate and actionable.
  • Understanding of compliance and onboarding in high-risk or industrial environments.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to manage multiple moving parts and keep teams aligned.
  • Solutions-focused, cost-conscious, with a track record of delivering efficiencies through smart workforce management.
