As a Business Operations Manager at Agricultural Appointments, you will be responsible for leading all operational facets, including team leadership, supply chain management, inventory optimization, and process enhancement. Your key focus will be on implementing strategic initiatives to elevate productivity, minimize costs, and champion continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower a High-Performing Team: Inspire collaboration, foster a culture of continuous improvement and support, to achieve exceptional results.
  • Enhance Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, manage resources, and monitor KPIs to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.
  • Drive Product Success: Lead product selection, procurement, pricing strategies, and performance analysis to maximize market impact.
  • Streamline Product Flow: Ensure efficient delivery, optimize inventory management, and enhance customer interactions.
  • Generate Strategic Insights: Develop comprehensive reports, analyze data, and track KPIs to guide strategic planning.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Foster relationships and streamline operations to support sustained business growth.
  • Support Sales & Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate on innovative marketing campaigns and enhance product knowledge dissemination.
  • Advanced Reporting & Analysis: Produce detailed performance reports, leverage data for strategic decisions, and continuously monitor key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, agricultural studies, or a related field preferred, but not essential.
  • At least 5 years of operational management experience, preferably within the agricultural sector.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control.
  • Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, Google Workspace, and ERP systems.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
