Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of five in operations, managing project timelines, resource allocation, and premium packaging production.
  • Collaborate with account managers and creatives to deliver innovative packaging solutions aligned with client expectations and industry standards.

  • Proven track record in operations and financial management with 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cost control, ERP systems, and delivering high-quality projects within tight deadlines.
