The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing program logistics, client engagement, and administrative tasks. This is a part-time role, working 4 days a week (0.8 FTE), with the option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program checklists and templates, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Engage with participants from enrollment to program completion, providing guidance and support.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to determine and document project plans.
  • Manage data within the Customer Relationship Management system (FileMaker) and Learning Management System (Canvas).
  • Handle venue liaison, webinar setup, and technical support.
  • Provide proactive, punctual, and friendly support to participants, focusing on positive engagement and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while building strong relationships with clients and participants.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer support or engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Confident in interpreting and applying policies, procedures, and systems independently.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/student management systems.
