About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Programs Coordinator to join our team at The Smith Family. As a key member of our Learning for Life team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing our suite of programs within the Collingwood and Epping communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner schools, community groups, and volunteers.
  • Monitor and track program delivery, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in our database.
  • Advocate for and answer enquiries related to our educational programs.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for program improvement.
  • Build relationships with community leaders and organisations to identify partnership opportunities.
About You

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for supporting the educational outcomes of young people. You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining strong partnerships and relationship development.
  • Relevant experience in managing and coordinating multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate data.
  • A current driver's license and willingness to undertake a Working with Children Check.
