Role PurposeAs a Senior Program Coordinator, you will work closely with Language Testing Portfolio and Product teams to ensure administrative functions and governance obligations are met, maintaining effective program delivery processes.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, product managers, and senior stakeholders to facilitate successful program delivery, coordinating key program artifacts, ceremonies, and events.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating Program Increment planning, Steering committee, and maintaining portfolio registers
- Tracking benefits, organizing workshops and meetings, and taking minutes throughout delivery of various Language Testing initiatives
- Working closely with product and digital teams in Melbourne, London, and Chennai to coordinate day-to-day activities across the program
End-to-end best practice program coordination, including:
- Developing, driving, and implementing program goals with the Portfolio Manager
- Managing communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for the program
- Program administration, including cadence, communications, budgets, schedules, and document control
- Consultant/third-party work allocation and coordination, reviewing and managing development costs
- Supporting the program team to achieve key initiative timelines, monitoring quality and standards
- Acting as a lead across multiple initiatives, leveraging the support of the Program Manager for overall delivery guidance

- Coordinate and engage with a wide variety of stakeholders, ensuring they remain informed and engaged
- Work under pressure, change direction when required, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Articulate a viewpoint with clarity and conviction, positively influencing stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Engage C-Level stakeholders and demonstrate cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity
