Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing program logistics, client engagement, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth delivery of our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program checklists and templates to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Engage with participants from enrollment to program completion, providing guidance and support in alignment with project plans and processes.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to determine and document project plans, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage data within the Customer Relationship Management system (FileMaker) and Learning Management System (Canvas), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Handle venue liaison, webinar setup, and administration, providing technical support as needed.
  • Offer proactive, punctual, and friendly support to participants, focusing on positive engagement and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, building strong relationships with clients and participants.
  • Address customer complaints and formulate solutions, providing rescheduled coaching outcomes in line with guidelines.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance business operations and participant engagement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer support or engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Confident in interpreting and applying policies, procedures, and systems independently.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/student management systems.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a stakeholder-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
