About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Health and Development Team Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive child health and development services tailored to local needs
  • Mentor less experienced allied health professionals, assistants, and students
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of health professionals and service providers
  • Utilize preventative, early intervention, and therapeutic approaches to make a significant impact on the wellbeing and development of children in the community
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a recognised qualification within a relevant Allied Health Profession and be eligible for practicing membership of the relevant Professional Association.

You should have professional expertise, developing generalist/specialist knowledge, clinical competence, and experience to provide professional services to client groups in circumstances requiring increasingly complex practice skills.

You must exercise professional judgment in the selection and adaptation of established methods, procedures, and techniques within the profession.

In addition, you may provide a broad range of clinical and consultative services across a range of service settings, including one-on-one, group-based, and health promotion activities.

Benefits

This is a part-time vacancy, working 60 hours per fortnight, and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.

Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and Immunisation compliance as indicated on the Role description.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $88,255 - $102,240 p.a., plus Superannuation, Leave Loading, and Salary Sacrificing Benefits (salary packaging).

Additionally, relocation assistance may be available for eligible applicants, and accommodation support may also be provided.
