Overview: The Flinders And Upper North Local Health Network is seeking a skilled Child Health & Development Team Coordinator to join their team in the Flinders region. This pivotal role requires a clinical expert with specialist knowledge to deliver exceptional, community-focused services.

"In this dynamic position, you will plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive range of child health and development services tailored to local needs," says Kellie Sarret, A/Regional TL CHDT/NDIS Program. "You will work with greater autonomy and reduced clinical direction, mentoring less experienced allied health professionals and collaborating with a diverse team of health professionals and service providers."

Salary: $88,255 - $102,240 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Access to contextual Aboriginal Cultural Awareness Training and links with Rural Support Service (RSS).

Requirements: Must hold a recognised qualification within a relevant Allied Health Profession and be eligible for practicing membership of the relevant Professional Association. Apply professional expertise, developing generalist/specialist knowledge, clinical competence and experience to provide professional services to client groups in circumstances requiring increasingly complex practice skills. Exercise professional judgment in the selection and adaptation of established methods, procedures and techniques within the profession. Manage and prioritise personal workload and support others in developing workload management plans, including in the allocation of team resources.
