Business Analyst Role

Key to success in this position lies in analyzing and optimizing existing business processes to drive improvements across operational support functions.

  • Map out current processes to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Document and validate business requirements across multiple functions, ensuring seamless collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead the delivery of assigned workstreams, overseeing tasks, milestones, and deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications and collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions.
  • Support solution testing, implementation, and user adoption, monitoring benefits and performance closely.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments, driving process improvement and change management.
  • Strong knowledge of business support functions, particularly within Finance, Commercial, and Risk domains.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and process mapping techniques (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead and manage your own workstream effectively.
