Project Coordinator Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Operations team by coordinating mobilisation activities and maintaining project boards.

Scheduling stakeholder meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and supporting recruitment and tender documentation for new assets are also key responsibilities.

Additionally, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, policy and procedure reviews, and compliance research is essential to maintaining high standards across our operations.

  • Confidently managing multiple tasks, liaising with stakeholders, and keeping projects on track is crucial.
  • A proactive mindset, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills are also necessary.
