Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager

This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the performance of a team of Operations Officers to ensure operational excellence and high levels of service.

The successful candidate will be accountable for coaching, mentoring, and guiding the team to ensure workflows run efficiently and settlements are completed accurately and on time.

  • Monitoring and evaluating team performance, overseeing daily operations in line with targets and policies.
  • Reviewing team member performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing coaching, training, and development.
  • Ensuring high customer experience and satisfaction, managing complex complaints, and ensuring swift resolutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless experiences for customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in Financial Services or a related industry, with skills in workforce planning, resource management, coaching, and performance improvement.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Operations, with a good understanding of home lending and settlements, including cross-state requirements.
  • Knowledge of home settlement platforms such as PEXA; experience with Dye & Durham and LendFast is advantageous.
  • Experience leading change, influencing across units, and representing your team in strategic discussions.
  • Diploma in leadership or a related financial services field.
