- Ensure adherence to system standards for targeted results.
- Lead the progression of process improvements using data-driven approaches.
- Conduct waste analysis to eliminate inefficiencies.
- Coordinate 5S initiatives to improve workplace organization and safety.
- Partner with stakeholders to implement process improvements and drive excellence.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations, including leading CI transformation projects.
- Ability to think creatively and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of enterprise business principles and practices.
- Excellent presentation, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline (preferred).
- Black Belt Certification (preferred), Green Belt Certification (required).
