
Parking Permit Administrator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Parking Permit Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately maintaining and managing databases and records associated with long term parking permits and authorised access cards.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile long term parking permit records in conjunction with monthly permit audit
- Accurately administer invoices, credit notes and transfers for long term parking permits
- Investigate and process permit customer refund requests in a time effective manner
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure safe and compliant work practices in accordance with Western Australian Occupational Safety and Health legislation as well as the City's safe systems of work
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in delivering outstanding customer service
- High level of verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, analysing data and report writing
- Organisation and time management skills including the ability to prioritise and undertake several tasks concurrently to meet deadlines
- Data entry skills with knowledge of complex computer systems
- A valid police check or willingness to undergo one
Desirable Qualifications
- Knowledge of Local Government functions and practises
- Tertiary qualification in a similar discipline or relevant experience
