Residential Building Career Opportunities

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Shires/Contract Administrator.

The role involves delivering pre-construction progress reports to clients, issuing contracts and building permits, and managing approvals related to shire/developers/water authority matters. Additionally, you will perform general administrative tasks, including documenting settlements and finance approvals.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to deliver timely updates on project progress
  • Coordinate the issuance of contracts and building permits in accordance with relevant regulations
  • Manage complex approval processes involving multiple stakeholders, including shires, developers, and water authorities
  • Document and record key milestones and approvals for settlement and financial purposes

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the residential building industry
  • Background in local government considered advantageous
  • Experience in areas such as Shires, Maintenance, Contracts, Client Liaison, and Prestart
