Permit To Work System Administrator

We are seeking a Permit to Work System Administrator to support the implementation and management of our permit to work system. The successful candidate will have experience in managing permit to work systems, including reviewing and recommending work packs for approval.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day implementation of our permit to work system.
- Liaising with production, maintenance, commissioning, and projects teams to ensure permit to work requirements are understood and implemented.
- Reviewing and recommending work packs for approval.
- Coordinating the isolation and PTW process.
- Maintaining records of PTW documentation, including risk assessments.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in managing permit to work systems.
- Experience with risk assessment processes.
- Able to read and interpret PID drawings.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessing highly regarded but not essential.
- Ability to organise, prioritise and work independently.
- Competent user of MS Office Suite.
This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension. You will work a 2x2 roster (12-hour days) with regular breaks. Our company offers a competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.
