Business Growth Representative

We are seeking a motivated professional to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans with potential key customers
  • Manage and grow accounts for customers brought on board or assigned
  • Lead the development of new business opportunities and plan and execute business strategies with stakeholders
  • Contribute to shaping the strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets
  • Proactively generate new business through various go-to-market strategies and develop new business leads
  • Negotiate major deals and develop/submit tender responses within policy guidelines

You have a passion for developing new business, building strong customer relationships, and driving results. Adaptable and commercially minded, you thrive in a dynamic environment and can confidently engage a wide range of stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in Major Accounts / Tier 1 Enterprise Accounts or a strong track record in existing and new business development
  • Understanding of cross-selling, up-selling, and value-based selling
  • Exposure to selling managed services and/or solutions (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to engage and support stakeholders across opportunities and accounts, both locally and interstate
