Your Role

As a Case Worker at Rosalie House, you will provide compassionate support and therapeutic interventions to empower clients on their recovery journey. You will be part of a dynamic, inclusive team that values collaboration and is dedicated to making a real impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement case plans, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support clients' recovery.
  • Provide psychosocial support, conflict resolution, and group facilitation to promote healthy relationships and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client outcomes and contribute to quality improvements and WHS protocols.
  • Maintain accurate client records and participate in case reviews to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Conduct drug and alcohol screenings and engage with families and stakeholders to support clients' recovery.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV/Diploma in AOD, Community Services, or related field (or working towards).
  • Experience managing complex cases, including AOD, homelessness, and mental health.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, with strong therapeutic skills and a willingness to facilitate groups.
  • Basic computer literacy and a valid NSW driver's license.
