About the Role

Altius Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Tamworth, NSW.

  • As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for completing return to work case management of ex-defence personnel.
  • You will provide smooth transitions back into the workforce and provide holistic support through arrangement of relevant assessments.
  • You will liaise and collaborate with treating medical professionals and DVA personnel and other relevant parties.

Requirements

  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Relevant tertiary allied health qualification required
  • 6+ months experience delivering workplace rehabilitation services
  • Current drivers' licence and access to own transport
  • Criminal check
