The Manager – Building and Assets will drive asset management, business growth, and service delivery within our not-for-profit organisation, supporting approximately 1,100 staff.

This strategic role requires a proactive leader with strong technical expertise to align asset strategies with organisational goals.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of building regulations, project development, and emerging trends in property and asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies and plans to align with organisational goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities, develop business cases for investments, and oversee property projects in coordination with regulatory bodies and contractors.
  • Manage property operations, budgeting, maintenance, and vendor relations.
  • Oversee fleet and equipment needs within budget, working with team members to enhance operational efficiency.

About You:

  • Minimum of 3 years in senior-level Asset, Building, or Property Management.
