Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality case management and facilitate group work to help clients build healthier futures.
  • Provide psychosocial support, conflict resolution, and group facilitation to empower clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client outcomes and maintain accurate client records.
  • Conduct drug and alcohol screenings and engage with families and stakeholders to provide comprehensive support.

Requirements

  • Certificate IV/Diploma in AOD, Community Services, or related field (or working towards).
  • Experience managing complex cases (AOD, homelessness, mental health, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to provide effective support.
  • Strong therapeutic skills and willingness to facilitate groups.
  • Basic computer literacy and a valid NSW driver's license.
