
Employee Engagement Specialist

As our Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in championing a culture of risk-based decision-making. Your responsibilities will include providing expert guidance and support to leaders on complex employment matters, such as underperformance, conduct issues, terminations, investigations, and return-to-work programs.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues through effective mediation and conflict resolution efforts.
- Cultivate leadership skills necessary for handling employee relations matters effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues across People & Culture to identify emerging trends and potential risks.
- Lead investigations and provide actionable insights to leaders once the process has concluded.
- Monitor the external landscape to provide timely and accurate updates on changing legislative developments.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to navigate complex employment legislation.
