Seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role within our organization. As a Learning Diversity Specialist, this individual will be responsible for assisting our HR team with various tasks, including employer branding, recruitment outreach, and internal communications.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting people initiatives, contributing to creative projects, and working collaboratively with a team in a remote or hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Publish job postings and track candidate applications
  2. Screen resumes and compile candidate shortlists for review
  3. Support scheduling and coordination of interviews between applicants and managers
  4. Maintain and update employee records and digital HR documents
  5. Draft internal announcements and HR communications as requested
  6. Plan and coordinate team engagement activities or virtual events
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or basic content planning tools
  • Interest in social media, employer branding, and internal communication efforts
  • Good written communication skills and an eye for design
  • Prior experience assisting in HR, administration, or marketing is a plus
