About the Role
The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our team, with responsibilities such as:
- Providing support to state leadership teams and being their first point of contact for all matters related to employee engagement and culture.
- Partnering with managers to develop highly effective teams and a positive workplace culture.
- Coaching managers on our policies and procedures, workplace relations issues, performance improvement, and legal compliance.
- Administering the formal performance management and remuneration life-cycle.
- Managing the exit process, monitoring trends in employee turnover to create opportunities for improvement.
- Being a point of contact for employees to discuss career development, policies, and general enquiries.
- Collaborating with the People Team to support creating a great place to work and a constructive and inclusive culture.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Tertiary qualified in Human Resources or Business, combined with over 4 years of experience.
- Understanding of HR principles and current workplace relations legislation.
- Able to build and maintain key relationships remotely.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A systematic approach to working and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
- Able to travel interstate regularly and work across different time zones.
