Employee Relations Consultant Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an Employee Relations Consultant. In this role, you will support a fast-moving and dynamic business group in the areas of performance management and misconduct disciplinary procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and support to managers
  • Conduct people investigations
  • Coach managers in people management issues
  • Support the transfer of skills to managers

Reporting Structure: You will report to the Manager - ER Consulting team.

Benefits: This is a fixed-term contract role based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Adelaide, requiring attendance at the office a minimum of 2 days a week.

For this role, you will need to have solid experience in Employee and Industrial Relations, currently or previously been an HR Advisor for at least 3+ years within the space. The ideal candidate will also analyze data and identify insights, trends, and recommendations to improve business or people initiatives and minimize risk.

Ensure that all advice and management of cases are in accordance with company policy and procedures, employment agreements, and relevant legislation.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Employee and Industrial Relations
