Job Overview

The Strategic Enterprise Labor Advisor plays a vital role in providing expert guidance to HR and project leadership teams across various engineering and construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver authoritative advice on industrial instruments, including agreements and union engagement strategies.
  • Support negotiation and implementation of enterprise agreements across multiple projects and jurisdictions.
  • Develop and execute labor relations strategies aligned with business objectives and project timelines.
  • Offer advice and support on performance management, misconduct investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex labor cases, ensuring compliant and consistent outcomes that minimize legal risk.

Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Fair Work Act, Work Health & Safety laws, and case law developments.
