About the Role:
PARC Engineering is seeking a skilled and motivated HR/IR Advisor to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with leaders and employees across the business, providing expert advice on human resources and labor relations matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships within the organization
- Provide IR/HR advice and support to staff and managers
- Develop, implement and review HR policies, procedures and systems
- Conduct workforce planning and labour cost analyses
- Coach senior leaders and project teams in best practice human resources
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in a HR/IR Advisor role
- Degree qualified in Human Resources Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with a focus on Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of HR policies and legislation
