About the Role

You will assume a senior position overseeing employee relations, conflict resolution, and union negotiations. Key responsibilities include leading enterprise bargaining negotiations, managing industrial instruments, and providing expert guidance on employment law compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex negotiations with unions and industry representatives.
  • Manage industrial relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement policies to ensure fair labor practices.
  • Serve as liaison between management and unions.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and performance reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Employee and Industrial Relations management.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian/NZ employment law and IR frameworks.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing personnel and driving strategic outcomes.
