Human Resources Advisor

The primary function of this position is to provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of human resources matters.

As a key member of the People & Capability team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to employees and senior management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and executing various HR initiatives, encompassing recruitment, position descriptions, and provision of advice and recommendations across all disciplines.
  • Assisting with day-to-day maintenance of electronic Human Resources tools and systems.
  • Providing accurate guidance on policies, procedures, applicable legislation, and contemporary HR practices.
  • Preparing and furnishing regular reports to managers to meet external reporting requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with a diverse array of stakeholders, and demonstrated professional integrity.

You will also require:

  • A tertiary qualification in HR or equivalent experience in a similar capacity.
  • Knowledge of and experience in general employment law and HR best practice.
  • Sound analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, as well as dispute resolution capabilities.
